Edit Consolidated Report

If you notice incorrect figures in your consolidated report, you are able to go through and correct any mistakes (take note of which Activity Agreement needs corrections). This process is also used if a Financial Report has been submitted to Investor and returned with a Request for Amendment.

Instructions to edit a consolidated report

1. Select Portfolio from the primary navigation.

2. Select the Financial Reports Tab.  A list of all the Activity Agreements will display.

3. Select the Activity Agreement whose figures needs to be edited.  You will be guided to the Financial Reports tab.

4. Select the Edit button under the relevant Sub Program or section in the Activity Agreement Report.

5. Enter the new figures into the relevant text field.

6. Select Save.  All changes will take effect immediately.

Once all the changes have been made go back and follow the instructions to Submit Financial Report via the Portfolio Financial Reports tab.
